Appleton Creative designed the Appleton Awareness Gallery within our offices as a way to bring attention to local causes through art. Each exhibit showcases a body of work inspired by a specific cause in need. We believe that art should be enjoyed and appreciated, and hope that the meaning behind the art will create an increased awareness for our community’s needs.

The Zebra Coalition® is a network of organizations which provide services to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and all youth (LGBT+) ages 13 to 24. Even before its inception, Appleton played an active role in the organization. Zebra Coalition needed a logo and brand to build a strong community of donors, advocates and youth with the expertise to design multifaceted campaigns targeting distinct and specific demographics. Zebra Coalition’s brand and initiatives have identified them as a safe haven.

Appleton Creative joined a team of thought leaders in Orlando to win the “Why I Love Orlando” contest for their Giving Tree idea. The prize was a grant to bring their concept to the Orlando community. With help from the City of Orlando, City Commissioner Patty Sheehan, and local sponsors, Appleton Creative hosted the inaugural Giving Tree event in Lake Eola Park in support of local charities.

Orlando Health took to the water in the Walgreens Orlando International Dragon Boat Festival, benefitting the Orlando Health Foundation. Appleton Creative designed the Orlando Health Dragon Boat logo and marketing materials, and had the unique pleasure of creating the Orlando Health boat wraps. The design for the distinctively long, thin shaped canoes represented both waves in water and scales on a dragon, with various colors symbolizing those used by cancer awareness ribbons.
