John Michael Unveils Rebrand at 20th Anniversary Celebration

John Michael Exquisite Weddings and Catering, a company dedicated to creating once-in-a-lifetime experiences in the Central Florida area, celebrated 20 years in business earlier this year. The exciting milestone was commemorated with the unveiling of the company’s new brand.

John Michael Exquisite Weddings and Catering is a veteran in Orlando, serving over 1,500 clients over the past 20 years. Dedicated to delivering outstanding service, exceptional food and incomparable attention to detail, its impeccable reputation has been built from serving hundreds of happy couples and their families through custom packages that exceed all expectations. Well-versed in same-sex weddings, it is also renowned and distinguished in the gay community. Owner Michael Thomas is a certified LGBT wedding planner by the Gay Wedding Institute, an active board member of Metropolitan Business Association, Central Florida’s LGBT Chamber of Commerce, and a founding member of The Wedding Alliance, a local organization that provides resources and training to promote marriage equality for all.

As Agency of Record, Appleton Creative was tasked with maintaining the company’s reputation and integrity within the community while reflecting its new focus: weddings and catering. To do so, Appleton rebranded John Michael Weddings and Special Events to John Michael Exquisite Weddings and Catering. A new logo and tagline accompanied the shift and better emphasize its wedding expertise. The next steps in the partnership included the redesign of its enewsletter and website, as well as campaign and promotional materials, letterhead, business cards and public relations. Appleton will also be performing website upkeep and website maintenance services to keep it up and running for couples searching to tie the knot.

All efforts and materials designed lead to the reveal of the rebrand at the 20^th Anniversary celebration in late April 2015. Appleton Creative had the honor of creating the launch collateral which included the reveal boards, giveaway bags and displays. Shortly thereafter, John Michael Exquisite Weddings and Catering announced the opening of its venue, Celebration Gardens, with an open house. Appleton was proudly in attendance at both events to help celebrate John Michael Exquisite Weddings and Catering and its many achievements.
