2014 ADDYs: Who’s behind the mask?
Celebrating another year of creative excellence in Orlando’s advertising community, the 2014 Orlando American Advertising Awards featured a mysterious masquerade theme. During the gallery showcase, attendees wondered who’s behind the mask of advertising. Who did Orlando’s best work belong to? Later that evening, the winners were revealed during the gala awards ceremony.
Two of the faces revealed were Appleton’s own: Creative Director Diana LaRue, and Graphic Designer Jennifer Graven. In the category of Collateral Material, Appleton Creative received a silver award for a brochure designed for Rhett Alexander. Rhett Alexander is a model home merchandising company that works with builders and their marketing teams to increase sales with engaging, market focused interior designs.
In addition, Cesar Vallejo, who works with Appleton as a copywriting team member, won gold and silver awards. These awards included a gold Best of Student award in Integrated Campaigns, a silver award in Consumer of Trade Publication, and another silver award in Elements of Advertising.
With the 2014 ADDYs coming to an end, Appleton Creative would like to congratulate all of the award winners who have contributed to Orlando’s advertising talent.
