Women In Sport Forum: Educating Student Leaders of Tomorrow

Last week, students from UCF’s master’s degree program in sport business management experienced an in-depth look at navigating the sports business as a woman. The DeVos Sport Business Management Program, a landmark program that focuses on the business skills necessary for graduates to conduct successful careers in the rapidly changing sports industry, hosted a women sport forum at the UCF College of Business.

Amy Wise, Appleton’s own VP of Client Relations, was invited to speak at the event. Amy and a panel of Central Florida women leaders spoke openly about their experiences in the sports marketing world. Amy previously worked with the Tampa Bay Lightning (NHL) and with IMG College.
