Kids Beating Cancer Shows Off a Brand New Website

Kids Beating Cancer (KBC) is dedicated to providing resources and support for children with cancer and other life-threatening illnesses. Operating under the belief that families should only be focused on living and getting healthy, KBC has served over 8,000 children and has tested over 38,000 potential donors. To highlight its services, programs and missions, KBC has launched shiny new website.

KBC is the oldest and most trusted resource for families in times of great crisis. The Florida Hospital for Children established the Kids Beating Cancer Pediatric Transplant Center as a place for today’s children, as well as future children in need, to have a place dedicated to curing their disease regardless of the family’s financial means.

Appleton Creative designed a family-friendly website with Kids Beating Cancer’s inspiring mission in mind. To inform individuals and families about its programs and story, we updated the website to a modernized, user-friendly system both on the back and front ends. This makes site navigation a breeze for users and allows for continued updating after launch. We implemented a better CMS (content management system) as well, which supports smooth publishing, editing, organizing and maintenance from a central interface. The easy-to-use design helps KBC’s mission speak for itself and allows individuals to learn what they can do to help.
