Hats Off to Seniors First of Central Florida

Seniors First is a non-profit social service organization that has touched the lives of many in the Central Florida community through volunteer initiatives, Meals on Wheels, and transportation, to name a few. This heart-felt organization offers a variety of services ranging from nutrition, entertainment, home improvement, guardianship, care/in-home support, and companionship.

On February 17^th, 2013, Appleton’s President, Diana LaRue attended and supported the Sixth Annual High Tea & Hats, a fundraiser event benefitting Seniors First, at the Peabody Orlando. The event featured a delightful hat parade and competition along with prize drawings, a silent auction and an award ceremony. The event was sponsored by a variety of local businesses that joined together to celebrate Seniors First 46^th years of dedication toward uplifting seniors and disabled adults in the community.
