From Drop-Out to Congress-woman
Congresswoman Sandy Adams was once a High School drop out. Her journey took her through multiple reinventions: military, GED recipient, police office, congresswoman. “Reinvention” was the theme at yesterday’s Women’s Executive Exchange (WEE) event, and Congresswoman Adams was the keynote speaker. Held at the Citrus Club, the event helped to raise money for Women Playing For T.I.M.E., a group which works directly with the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center to defeat Cancer as it affects women. Thanks to Christy Adams for inviting Appleton Creative to enjoy in this thoughtful and inspiring marketing network event.
