With fifteen branches across the county, OCLS libraries offer so much more than just books: they offer experiences and a place for individuals and families to explore.

With strategically placed outdoor media buys, Appleton was able to secure high traffic locations for billboards and bus stop ads. The creative direction for the ads encouraged people to discover their hidden talents and interests through the numerous services the libraries offer, such as 3D printing and financial accounting services. Through the campaign, we met OCLS’ overall goal by 112.6%.

Turning the Pages
From landing pages and banner ads to paid social media campaigns, we emphasized digital marketing to reach OCLS’ desired target audience. Through display retargeting, Appleton met OCLS’ original goal by 104.1%.

Since part of the target audience incorporated Spanish-speaking families, we created a separate complimentary campaign specialized for this audience. With a similar theme, we developed the two campaigns cohesively to tie into one another.
