25th Annual BBQ on the Boulevard

Last night Metro Orlando’s Economic Development Commission (EDC) hosted their 25th annual BBQ on the Boulevard event in Downtown Orlando. The networking event brought together leaders in the community’s business development program. BBQ on the Boulevard offered attendees the opportunity to record a video testimonial that highlights the enjoyable and distinguished characteristics about Orlando. The testimonials will be used in an upcoming brand campaign.

The EDC is the nation’s latest economic development organization to be accredited by the International Economic Development Council. They have been recognized as a prominent leader and have recently joined the top 1% of economic development organizations. The EDC focuses on the potential that Orlando possesses for local and national businesses.

Appleton’s Principal, Diana LaRue, attended the event and is a proud supporter of the networking opportunities that the EDC provides.
