Appleton’s Brain Crush Recap: Enlightening Guests with 2020 Vision

What is a Brain Crush?

A Brain Crush is when someone blows your mind with theirs. It’s also the central theme of Appleton’s ongoing client-appreciation party. This year, Appleton brought our 2020 vision to life by hosting the seventh installation of the exclusive, extraordinary, not-so-ordinary Brain Crush party to celebrate our clients and partners. This wonderful night was a true meeting of the minds and much more than just your average networking event. Whether it was intellectual conversation, interactive experiences or fine food and fare, there was something to interest everyone.

Excitement filled the first floor as Brain Crushers walked into a sea of visual challenges. After getting a drink from the Booze Bush or Double Vision bar, guests were challenged with visual trickery games that tested their acuity. They spotted the difference between our modified client marketing pieces with the Eye Spy challenge, tested their color accuracy in the Double Take room and looked into new realms with our Eye 2 Eye anaglyph art. Guests wandered into the Escape Reality room to experience augmented reality by shooting virtual hoops, doing a 360 around our 3D models or checking out what the criminals were saying on our 19 Crimes^Ⓡ wine collection.

Upstairs, one could imbibe as part of a mystery taste test at our Whisky Business bar, have their cards read by one of our psychics or take a group selfie on the Envision mirror. There was also a fact-finding interactive game created for those who like a good online scavenger hunt called Apples of Our Eye. Last but not least, you could get your photo taken in front of the illuminated 6-foot-tall Brain Crush sign after you checked-out (or in).
