CHALLENGE: RE/MAX needed to reinforce the national theme Outstanding Agents. Outstanding Results. They also needed to recruit new real estate associates and support their existing network of professionals, with a special focus on marketing areas in North and South Carolina and Florida.
STRATEGY: Appleton Creative immediately went to work creating a dramatic and colorful billboard that supported the national theme in a bold, striking manner. We then added a state-specific support campaign that incorporated lifestyle images from each state into rack brochures, corporate brochures and magazine ads, emphasizing the national branding with a memorable regional flavor.
RESULTS: The RE/MAX billboard and campaign was so successful that it has been running for more than three years. In a three state area where competition in the real estate market for recruitment of proven sales professionals is fierce, RE/MAX strengthened its image and garnered an exceptional increase in new sales associates.
